Covin Owner Builder Michael Dykes (Club Secretary)

The Covin build by our club secretary has been delayed considerably due to work commitments that have made it impossible to finish off what is already an exceptional Covin build. I know because I've seen it and I was very impressed. I'm sure it will not be to long before we all see Michaels Covin but until then my position as Technical Advisor gives me the right to issue any new rulings I see fit in his absence so I'm sure he'll understand that I intend FINING him at every show this year for NOT having his Covin there..... FUSEC'S revenge Michael, for that picture of me in Issue 20 of club magazine......
