valid point, those cocks will grow out of it . i dont think they know that when they drive with their fog lights on and only their side lights on in day light or no fog that they are sending a message to other motorists saying ( i am a cock and i,m still learning ) we all know who you are and it aint big or clever. i wish that the police would make more of a point to stop this or make it an easy earner, say fine them £100 each time, should help the police funds no end.
