I HAVE FULLY STRIPPED DOWN THE FRONT SUSPENSION TORSION BEAM ARMS ETC
NOW READY TO REBUILD ANY TIPS ON SETING IT UP TO THE CORRECT RIDE HIEGHT
THE BEAM IS OF THE CAR IN MY WORKMATE

You really need the full detailed instructions to do this job correctly and you'll also need the Toe and camber settings. All this information is in the Haynes Type 3 manual so have a look on ebay
Ride height and suspension setting are a more a personal choice which depends on engine choice as this effects vehicle weight and balance so no two Covin's are exactly the same. _________________ Darren Parker

I got the haynes manual but it tells you how to do it if the front beam is still on the car and to set the arm angle at 39deg 11 min of horizontal ???? great if you not got the beam in your workmate.......
The ride hieght looked ok before and i got some photos showing it in my workmate before i stripped it down so i think i will go for setting it up best i can from the photos... no doubt fine tuning will be needed later unless i make the first jacked up Utility Covin

I would assemble the whole beam on your car otherwise you'll just end up having to do the job twice. _________________ Darren Parker
