This is an annual local event in Suffolk, we've never been before but gave it a go this year.
The weather was excellent and we had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.
This is a one day event in the grounds of Helmingham Hall, 20 plus club stands, 100's of individual exhibitors, trade stands and various catering facilities.
Every make of car old & new was on display & it was absolutely packed.

This one will be in the calendar for next year, anyone fancy it?
Cheers

Hi Andy, long time no see, I think this will be worth a trip down south for you?
Thanks Darren, I believe the weather helped.
Mark, sorry mate I never gave it thought, stick it in your diary we'll definitely do it next year. Gearbox no2 is fine thanks, does what it says on the tin.
Mr Turner, I thought you might like the look of this one, it surprised me, here's the link http://www.helmingham.com/eventsasp2.asp?ID=14
Your welcome anytime mate, as long as you bring your own food, we are both on a diet so there is no grub.
There were two Porsche clubs there, I kept the Covin well out of the way.
The trip was good, only about 20 miles away, well out into the sticks of North Suffolk. It's the best the car has ever been, it goes round corners now without thinking your going to die and stops on a tanner :smt012
There was a hell of a queue to get in the grounds and it was 25C plus, but the oil temp remained constant and no oil leaks, bonus. It doesn't sound much like a Beetle now, the exhaust note is a lot deeper, I'm really chuffed.
