I think it may actually even be a Variant Type 3 . It's certainly registered as a VW Variant with a Type 3 engine and gear box , 1600 twin carb , 1971 , black plates and Tax exempt :smt001

Sounds and drives amazing , proper party when inside it :smt007

Definitely needs a bit of work cosmetically , but mechanically , just had it serviced at a tuning shop , chaps said it only had a fairly rusty exhaust with a bit of a hole in there ... I guess one can't complain lol :smt012
