Welcome Ivan :smt001

You can buy packs of sound deadening pads from most paint/body shop suppliers. They usually come in packs of 10 and are stick on.
I've used these myself on several classic VW's this year with great results :smt012
Here's an example http://www.autopaintsbrighton.co.uk/sou ... 2492-p.asp

They are also available on eBay.

Thanks Darren , I watched some many
People on utube putting on layer after
Layer I was getting confused :) I was
thinking it can't need all them layers !
Will do for heat , soundproof and heat on
it's own ??
