Sure would... It's just the cost that gets in the way and all that power is wasted in a Covin with it's current steering/suspension setup. We're at the limits with only 100BHP :lmao :smt005

:smt003 :smt004 Oh yes......
I still keep thinking about my old idea from a few years ago :smt017 Out with the grinder and Mid Engine my Covin :smt009 I've a feeling it's going to have to be done at some point as I just can't let the idea go..... It's only lack of funds and spare time that's stopping me at the moment :smt005

Well Peter, if you think about it the Beetle or T3 used MAX 50 BHP which is what it was designed for so double that to 100 BHP and you'll soon see exactly what I mean :lmao
Everything need modifying to enable the use of more power and the more power you have the harder and more expensive it becomes. My Covin has had extensive modifications and I can't use the 175 BHP it has :smt018
In a nutshell there not the best handling cars but can be improved and upgraded with a few nice tweaks and a large amount of cash but I think that's why we love them :smt003 It's a never ending project that keeps you busy all the time :smt012
