Hey,

Anyone got a spare working beetle engine, the 1300 one, that they would like to give away or sell :smt003

Yep, not much change from £500 for a good complete one.... Ask James Latcham after he spent over £1000 on 2 engines that only did 20 miles before blowing up :smt009
Did the other Covin not come with the Beetle engine ?

I'll probably be able to find you one that's local but it might need a rebuild.
The 1300 are just as popular as the 1600 because it's just a barrel/piston change to make them into 1600 or 1641 :smt012

I've got a T3 1600 injection engine here that will need the injection removing and Twin carbs fitting followed by a good clean up and new tinware as it's been sitting for a long time. You can also convert the T3 engine into T1 with upright fan if you have the correct T1 tinware :smt012
