Thanks!
I dont like it as its left hand drive, hence the reason for selling.
just need a weekend to put the engine back in since purchacing a new clutch.
Practical classics value the Ovals at £8ooo for a condition one car, but i dont think the market is very strong at the moment.
Anyhow, when it does sell, i might just invest in a Covin :smt012

Yes, I know what you mean about LHD, some people don't mind driving them but I'm keen at all. Think if I ever got a LHD I'd have to convert it to RHD.
I think the Beetle market is picking up at the moment because prices are going up, so you might be in luck :smt012

Thanks for the nice comments Mark, i love the colour too, it started off as a genuine 1957 colour, but when i put the first coat on, it didnt look right, so i got the rest of the paint altered to the new colour.
The guy in the paint shop gave me a code so matching up shouldnt be a problem.
Sounds daft this, but i love the look of the older Beetles, and i never get tired of opening the garage and looking at my Oval, but i dont like driving it!

Hi there,i love the oval bugs and had the opertunity to buy one many years back but alas never did.I ended up owning 3 70s bugs and a bay camper.Your oval is very nice and similar colour to my old bug which was sprayed a pegeout pastel blue.
