Covin Owner Builder Andy Weaver

Andy Weaver has owned his Covin for many years now and used it as his everyday transport in all weathers but in 2003 the worst happened. It required some welding to the chassis for the MOT but on closer inspection it turned out to be a bit worse than that and so a complete body off rebuild was under way.

I'm sure Andy will supply a complete update on progress so far but I do know that a new chassis has been made and his Covin is currently going through the final stages of re-build complete with C2/C4 body kit so let's hope we see him and his Covin at the 2005 shows.

Andy's Covin has disk brakes all round, Porsche interior and is using a Ford ZVH, (Zetec & CVH) modified engine producing some 160 BHP.
