Covin Owner Builder Alan Jones

Alan Jones started building his Covin 8th November 1989 when he first took delivery of the Covin chassis and so work began getting a rolling chassis put together ready for delivery of the body shell 31st March 1990.

Powered by a tuned VW 1600cc Air-cooled engine. His Covin was first on the road in June 1992 and shortly after he attended the Which Kit Show in Peterborough where he entered his Covin in the CONCOURSE competition and WON BEST GT COUPE!

All credit to him as the quality of build he has carried out on his Covin truly is 1st class in every way, just like his wife Val.....
